Module 4 – Individual Performance Discussions & Preparation

All the forms for the performance discussion and action plan (Modules 3-7) are combined into the Manager’s Performance Handbook. (Individual forms are also separate for your convenience.)
The most important time you spend is in coaching your team members– expect to spend a bit more time during this module. You will be meeting with each person in month 6, so expect to spend 90 minutes per person over that time. Take the time and the effort to be present and truly connect and coach!

- Meet with each employee
- Follow agenda as you have outlined it. (Summary Performance Discussion Preparation Form .)
- Take notes on job and career development goals for each person, for use in creating their action plan.
