Coming in Fall 2017, Diana will be launching an online course with live group coaching. This program is ideal for the smaller organization or someone who wants to learn more about the fundamentals of how you can design and achieve your ideal role, link your people to your business goals, coach your team for accountability in an hour a day, and develop and reward your high performers to stay with you and work together to grow you company.

The program includes recorded video training, and is designed to take about 60-90 minutes of video learning and applying the lessons to you business. Every module has step-by-step templates and “cheat sheets” to get you using the material right away.

Every week is also a weekly live training and Q&A session with Diana Southall, to allow participants to apply what they have learned and get customized assistance. During the weekly live calls, you can ask Diana questions about your specific situation and get answers right away.
